Recruitment

Recruitment refers to the overall process of identifying, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates for jobs (either permanent or temporary) within an organization. Recruitment can also refer to the processes involved in choosing individuals for roles. Managershuman resource generalists and recruitment specialists may be tasked with carrying out recruitment, but in some cases public-sector employment, commercial recruitment agencies, or specialist search consultancies are used to undertake parts of the process. Internet-based technologies which support all aspects of recruitment have become widespread, including the use of artificial intelligence

Most Organizations utilize recruiting software to more effectively and efficiently source top candidates. Regardless, recruitment typically works in conjunction with, or as a part of Human Resources.

Job analysis for new jobs or substantially changed jobs. It might be undertaken to document the knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics required or sought for the job. From these, the relevant information is captured in a person specification.

Sourcing - attracting or identifying candidates

Screening and selection - picking, interviewing and hiring the right candidate.

 

Recruitment is one business task that revolves around numerous administrative works and follow-ups.HR automates the entire recruitment process in a company, making it much easier to handle, unlike compared to traditional recruitment procedures.

PURPOSE

Recruitment module allows you to receive applications from a wide range of sources, making it easier the gathering of candidate data and choosing them wisely. With the help of the application, one can easily analyze from which source the candidate comes from, thereby optimize the recruitment in accordance with it. It also allows you to keep track of submitted applications and follow every applicant based on an automatically built database of skills and profiles with indexed documents for that purpose.

For recruiting an employee, initially we need to define which Job Position should we recruit, this is the dashboard view of all Job Positions

For creating a new Job Position, we can create it by clicking on the create option, we could also create the job positions under configuration

Configuration -> Job Positions


For a user scenario, Now we shall create new job position โ€œSoftware Developerโ€, now the job position is created.

 


Now we could edit this job position, we could stop the recruitment for this job position by clicking on the Stop Recruitment. Now we could edit this job position, and we could mention the details which we need to specify for this job position, the company, website, department, Job location, the expected new employees, interview form and responsible person. The description of the job position could be mentioned. We could see the status of the recruitment if the recruitment is in progress or to stop the recruitment.

After specifying all the details, to publish this job in the website, we have to click on the Go to Website option

In the website we will have to publish the Job position in the website by changing the state from unpublished to published state. Then our job position would get published in our website.

 

Then the candidates would click on the Apply Now option and fill their required details.

 

If the candidate clicks on the submit option, then the application would be posted successfully.

 

Then our posted application will get received under that particular Job Position.


We have stages for our applications here we can move the applications from Initial to the contract signed state.

For creating the new stages we can create it under configuration,

By clicking on the create option.

 

TAGS

In the Tags window under configuration you can view all the Tags configured in the platform

We can create new tags in the same window by selecting the CREATE option



We can create degrees under the degrees option.
